Our rates are inclusive of continental breakfast, a la carte options are available at an additional charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until 3 days (72 hours) before the date of arrival. After this time you will be charged the total price. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.

Dog Policy

Well behaved dogs are welcome throughout the hotel, and a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in cabins at the additional charge of £20 per night.  All dogs must remain on a lead whilst on the property and should be kept off of the furniture.  Please let the hotel know at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog.

Accessibility

We do have cabins that are more easily accessible from the car park and main hotel building.  Please let the hotel know in advance if this is something you require.  Our cabins are not suitable for wheelchair use.  There are steps and decking area to negotiate on entry and exit of the hotel.  There are no hand rails in the ensuite shower rooms.

Infant Cots

There is no charge for children under the age of 2 and we can provide a travel cot if required at no additional charge, please let the hotel know at the time of booking.  Our cabins can accommodate 1 child and two adults.

Internet

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Damage Policy

The guest is liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by the guest or any persons in the guest’s party during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to retain the credit or debit card details of the guest and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Hotel as a result of the aforesaid.
